Worst South African ISP service and communication channels

This is the worst ISP I have ever encountered,. They force you to use their whatsapp number to deal with queries to make things 'efficient" It is the opposite- imbeciles run it and run several chats at the same time so you never get quick answers. They literally do not have a number that takes you to get a real time conversation with a technician. I joined up 2 weeks ago and still have intermittant internet with slow speeds. Dont use this company _ be warned
