Worst shaping ever
I have used 19.7GB from 1st to 21 April (avg of 1gb a day, most was 3.7 on one day). I am so badly shaped that it took me 40min to download a 10mb file..... This is really absurd.... I spoke to Tracey, I asked for a manager, no manager available, no supervisor available. Cant tell me how much data before Im so badly shaped... Nothing... DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY ARE SUPER BAD!!!! Package loss is terrible on online gaming.... Just so terrible, dont care about the clients, they only care about the money I guess. Cancelling my account with them immediately.

We can understand why you're upset because slow access is extremely infuriating.
The Home Uncapped service has the lowest priority during office hours and it's even worse when you're on 3 stars because your connection will be deprioritised. This service requires good management from the customer's side - by viewing your usage via the DSLConsol and limiting downloads and activities between 6am - 12 midnight, so you don't end up deprioritised during normal office hours.
Nevertheless, our guys were in touch with you to resolve this issue and they have advised that you're considering moving to the Home Capped package from the 1st of May and that'll surely better your connection.
We hope that this matter has been resolved and we would like to encourage you to update this post to reflect this resolution offered.
