Worst services ever by web Africa!!!!

I done the moving home process with web africa i had to phone and speak to over 7 different people before i spoke to a guy he ensured me that by the 02/04/2023 i would be active in the new home i sat the whole day trying to get assistance on their whatsapp line today i phoned in already 4 times to ask that a supervisor please call me due to no assistance i was told. Each time a complaint is loged they will call me shortly i then tried the whatsapp group but the service here is so poor i wait over 25 min just for one response or i get transferred and have to re-explain everything again my service is still down and they just keep putting more costs for me to get my service up at my new home. They are eager to call for a payment but when it comes to assisting a client they are completely useless im change to mweb im sure they will be better equipped to assit and not though down a call when u phone in!!!
