Worst service when it comes to resolving issues!

Battled to get installation. After that good going for 2 weeks. Internet down now for 3 weeks and still not sorted after being "escalated".

Further than that signed up on a discounted offer but had the full price debited from my account. Another debit order date coming up and no internet!
