They use a chatbot to handle customer service queries so it's near impossible to have an actual conversation with a human and they take forever to respond to you when they do. Good luck if you ever have any internet issues as they cannot handle any technical service queries as they need Vumatel to fix. They also have a tendency to lie when you ask them for updates by keep repeating the same thing over and over again that they escalating the fault, please rather save your money and go with another ISP.
