Worst service WebAfrica

The service for WebAfrica is disgusting to say the least. U try and call to report a complaint you have to hold over 30minutes before anyone answers when they finally answer they still put you on hold. Seems none of their consultants never know what's going on. There is never a time an issue was sorted on 1 call. Days after reporting an issue there still is no service. All they do is promising to come and fix or send someone within 48 hours. I stopped counting the hours. Worst service ever received from a service provider in Joburg. Never again will I recommend them
