Worst service WEb africa

I am very discussed and very unhappy with them. they are very fast to make a sale but when it get to the problems no one is there to assist with the complaints even with an email. there is no managers on the floor as well. staff tell us as clients that we must wait till the account is suspended and re apply i will take this all the way as i can i am very very discussed with there way of work and the way they treat their clients i thing the need to fire some of their staff and get people who is educated and who is eager to assist their clients.
