Worst Service That exists in the 21st century
Why can't we vote less than 1. You're service is way ****T13R than 1 star.
My link has degraded since Friday, getting a hold of your useless WhatsApp bot willy the F... Nut. And then ****ty agents who won't log a ticket. I just want the 50mbps I pay for.
You aren't delivering this, I am getting around 15-20. So either refund me and downgrade my services to what you are able to supply to me.
Or give me the damn speeds I pay for.

13 Apr 2026, 12:10Hi Mark, we understand your frustration with the speeds you’re currently experiencing, especially as you’re not getting the 50Mbps service you’re paying for, and we can see how the delay in getting clear support has added to that frustration.
We can confirm that you’ve already spoken with one of our consultants and an escalation has been submitted to our retentions team for further assistance. This means your case is now being actively reviewed so we can look into the speed degradation and determine the most appropriate resolution for your line.
Once the retentions team has completed their assessment, they will provide feedback on the next steps, which may include a technical resolution to stabilise your speeds or alternative options based on what your line can consistently support. If anything further is needed from your side, they will reach out directly to avoid unnecessary delays.
We appreciate you taking the time to raise this, and we’re committed to seeing it through to a proper resolution for you.
Warm regards,
