Worst service standards

I have asked to cancel my contract with webafrica, i used their chat platform (worst possible chat platform ever) thinking that I could get assistance. Can I tell you, I was transferred to an agent who could help me and I am still waiting for that agent. The worst service provider, I still maintain this. Quick to get sales but service is no where to be found, you are on your own. I want this contract cancelled immediately. I will not be billed come 1st of October. I'm done and will be joining another service provider.
