WORST SERVICE PROVIDER - *****S

If I could give them minus 100 stars I would!! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 3 months now. Their whatsapp "help line" is useless and a waist of time. When calling them they can only assist new clients. Web Africa clearly only care about clients untill they have signed up, after that clients are ignored. Maybe to prevent service cancelations? Surely this borders on theft? I have given them ample time to get back to me and have followed up enough times to justify spreading the word and ensuring they are awarded as the worst service provider!
