Worst Service Provider in the country!!!

No Customer Service!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! I cannot get hold of a support agent to resolve my problem with an upgrade that was processed a month ago. The WhatsApp support chat function is ****. I have been trying to reach them for 3 hours now and have been cut off several times. When I got through and spoke with agents they seem clueless as to what to do about my issue.
