WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!

Its been more than a month since my installation and my wifi is still not working. After logging a fault with them multiple times no one has even contacted me to fix the problem. You cannot speak to anyone on the number provided, in fact the computer cuts the line after giving you useless information. When you try to contact them via whatsapp they only say that they will contact you within 48 hours and to this day the only person who has contacted me was to ask me for payment and then proceeded to be ****y with me. They want to charge you thousands for cancelation on a month to month basis for a service they cannot and will not provide. The guys that did the installation pitched up at my house completely hung over, they even broke the line they installed and just left it like that. Absolutely the worst service i have ever had in my entire life. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM AT ALL!!! DO NOT USE!! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CALL YOU FOR MONEY BUT THEY CANT EVEN INSTALL YOUR LINE OR PROVIDE YOU ANY SERVICE!!!
