Worst Service Provider Even

For months now I have been paying for a 40mbps line and getting 10mbps speeds. I have a fibre connection. Called...rather chatted to the WhatsApp idiots who logged a fault. No sooner was the fault logged then it was closed as "resolved". Nothing had been resolved. Fix my connection or cancel my service. Vumatel is ****. Move my service to some other internet provider who can keep a promise and if you can't cancel my damn service. I refuse to pay all that money for a sub-standard service
