WORST service Provider

Worst service ever!!!!!!! My fiber been off for 3 days only way to communicate is on whatsup, keep on talking to a different agent and they keep on making empty promises that the line will be fixed today, when it comes to payment they deduct the full amount not what was used, forget amount to total days that that the line was off and if you query they make sure not to answer any of your questions I would NOT recommend Webafrica to anyone they are the worst service providers
