Worst service provider!!!

Worst service provider!! They did the same thing to me... They debited my account before even processing the order and installation, when I call I get sent from pillar to post, when I try use their whatsapp chat service their stupid agents keep ending the chats with no assistance.. I ask for a refund and they do a credit note.. I want out!! I do not want to use your services anymore... I want my money back and not a credit note.. They were so quick to take my money now they can't even give it back.. I'm basically paying for a service I didn't even get
