Worst service provider

The absolute worst service provider. They take forever to fix the fault of which they send you in circles trying to figure it out. Keep on sending people out to check the line but there is no issue with the line, but rather their systems. They say they will follow up and get back to you but no one ever does. Now at the beginning of every month my network goes down and they are so bad at their job that they take a week or more to fix it. How is it even possible?
