Worst service provider

The worst possible service provider. Willy-the-Bot throws customers repeatedly at the back of the queue, without resolving anything. Agents are never working, when you find one, roughly once every three days, they remark my details is not updated at their end and they (nor any other living being) can update details at their own backend. Then, emails to customer support bounces back advising clients to return to the ineffectual chat. Trying to cancel on Customer Zone is equally fraught with non-compliance. Impossible to get wifi and equally impossible to end one's contract. Is there any national body able to take this company to court under the Consumer Protection Act?
