Worst service provider

This is the worst eva network company. Their service is beyond bad. I pay for fibre I'm not using and that's so unfair. I've been trying to get in contact with them for the last week now. It's going in for 2 weeks now and still no assistance from them. The same happened when I requested a payment link. I had to wait almost a month for a payment link yo make payment. They are really pathetic
