WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!

MOST PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AN ISP!! I placed a fibre order on the 22 September 2021, and I was told within 7 business days I would be told when my fibre would be installed. To date I have not received any indication of when my fibre will be installed. I contacted Webafrica ok numerous occasions and have no way forward. Secondly I got a LTE sim card from WebAfrica on my own cost while waiting for the fibre installation. My internet on my LTE is still not working. Does anything work with WebAfrica???? They say they are good at connectivity but I am yet to have connectivity over Fibre or LTE.
