WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

This service provider is terrible!!! Account paid up to date every month and even over paid via eft, yet still an unauthorised debit order gets processed all of a sudden and an unexplained charge added for R249. Chatted to an agent on their only platform to contact them and apparently the situation was escalated on the 2de July to be rectified and no feedback received! After reversing the unauthorised debit order, was informed that they will take the debit order again today, which they could not do and now services have been suspended!!!! ***!!! This is clearly a fault on their side, always and people need to sit without fibre as they are useless and charging fees that no customer is aware of and cannot be explained!! I need my service re-activated IMMEDIATELY!!
