Worst service provider and consultants

My line stopped working in March. No luck with them to sort it out. On the 29th of April 2024 I have requested to cancel my service as the line is not working.

Since then I've been battling and spoke to 10 consultants as my line is still not cancelled and they keep on billing.

Worst service provider ever not to speak about the consultants.
