Worst service provider

Webafrica is the worst service provider in South Africa, and that is saying something considering the likes of what is available. It’s impossible to talk to anyone over the phone. The chat service is the most useless and ineffective way of communicating with customers and sorting out problems. It’s VERY easy to sign up but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get help and service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using Webafrica for their fibre service needs.
