Worst customer service ever. As long as they get paid they don't care. Getting hold of an agent is like getting the right lotto numbers. WhatsApp & live chat is the worst, as soon as you get pass the robot you wait 2 hours to be told the issue is resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.
