Worst service provider

The worst service I have ever gotten from a service provider. I have been without internet for nearly a month now and I have logged faults and tried to communicate with the service provider (WebAfrica) to try and resolve this issue, to no avail. I had to pay for a full month of service given in which less than a week of service was actually given. I am shocked by how little they care for they're paying customers and so will not recommend this service provider for any new customers
