Worst service off Webafrica

The service is absolutely poor. Ive been waiting for more than a month for them to install my fibre. I called and asked them why ita taking so long. The reply was that thier technition called me and I said that i am retrenched. Seriously that is poor. Im still waiting for my instilation date. As ive sent them numouras emails. Of which no replies have been answered. So that concludes that thier service is ****.
