Worst service of ALL fibre SP's. Disgusting

I left Webafrica to join Vodafone Fibre. I had been with Webafrica for almost five years and ever since COVID I cannot get hold of anybody at this service provider. When I phone their offices the voice message still talks about lockdown when are back at work as we are in level 1 lockdown. Now my issue with this company is that they decided to debit my cheque account with R999-00 for a service that I cancelled almost 6 months ago. I am still with Vodacom and not requested to have my line released to Webafrica. I have subsequently reversed this amount at the my bank. So I am trying to get hold of someone at this to STOP the following debit order from going off.
