Worst service I've ever seen or heard about

Do not use them no service support changed addresses took them with line speed was supposed to be 200/100 I'm getting 50 to 90 max download extremely ustable can't even watch Netflix on low quality and getting no response from anyone.... Keeps telling me that allegedly the staff is "working" from home.... What a load of bull****
