Worst Service I've ever received from a ISP Web Africa

Ive been trying to reconnect my fiber with this company however i keep getting the run around as i am forced to use thee whatsapp bot service, which i have now spoken to 7 agents in the company. each agent takes about an hour to respond to your first open chat, every agent just transfers you to the next and cuts your chat as soon as possible. The online payment system is not clear at all, it keeps redirecting your payment and takes forever to which then keeps refreshing and you will have to update details every time. there is no ownership you basically always on self service once your are connected to this company.
