Worst Service in the world! stay away

This has been the most horrific service I have ever encountered in my entire life! Webafrica have my line blocked because some random app**** for fibre with the wrong address and so now my line is blocked because of them. after countless calls and and being transferred to multiple different departments no one is able to help. you just get left on hold for hours on end and then the call is dropped!
