Worst Service in SA

Thankyou so much for the worst service I have ever encountered I'm my 52 years on earth. This is putting it lightly once a person gives you bad service you apologize and fix it no not you people you apologize and let that bad service continue for 14 days after speaking to 6 different agents promising that the fault will be resolved they close the fault as if it is completed bull****ting I don't know who or why hoping the fault would miraculously dissappear. Okay some hard facts logged on the 2nd May 2024 # 214821 ticket number Agent : Juanita then the call was closed who Authorise a unresolved call to be closed heaven knows promises a technician will come out and the call will be escalated then on the 4th May Agent : Aneth D promising the fault will go to Vumatel #*** this fault was closed by Willie why? I have no idea then Baliwe M same thing Shune P and then Nondumiso G same thing then Aieysha B and then Lyndon L and then today Nondumiso G Agent speak to me again my goodness why I'm mentioning them all these are suppose to be well trained organized the best Agents that resolves issues of their paid up clients but yet these Agents has failed their clients over and over again so when you get this Mail I hope one of the Directors or Managers reaches out or resolve this issue today.
