Worst service I have ever experienced

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The internet works fine, but that is because it is a frogfoot line, but the service we have received is absolutely pathetic. First of all, it takes ages just to get connected to a support agent, and not on a call, because you can't even speak to these people, but on a freaking whatsapp chat bot. When we first got connected, our PPP wasn't authenticating, meaning no internet. We spoke to 11 agents over the course of 5 days, explaining every time that there is an authentication problem and that they should just check on which port the configuration was done. And every single time, they just want to escalate the problem. Luckily after day 5, we had one lady who actually noticed that Lan 2 was configured and confirmed that with us, after everyone swore only one port is configured, not two. Skip ahead one month later, I see they have charged me an absurd amount, so I contacted billing. The lady said they made a mistake and logged a credit for me. I waited a WEEK, just to find out that my credit was declined, because this girl never thought of getting a managers approval. Another agent then logged my credit, but without even trying to prioritise it, due to the delay caused by incompetence, I had to wait 72hours. The 72hours finished 2 days ago and now they are saying it will only be sent to Finance on Monday. I have cancelled my service in the meantime and will be moving to Vox. If you are thinking of joining Webafrica, rather pay the extra bit and go to another service provider. It is really the worst service I have experienced in my life.

Hi Anemie, we understand how frustrating this experience has been, especially after repeated contact across multiple days, inconsistent technical feedback, and delays on the billing credit and resolution process. Having to explain the same fault multiple times and still not reaching a stable outcome is not the experience you should be dealing with.
We’ve noted the concerns raised around both the technical troubleshooting and the billing credit process, including the delays and rework that followed. This has been escalated internally so the full interaction history can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
Your cancellation request has also been acknowledged, and the process will continue through the correct channels to ensure it is handled correctly. Where a credit has been raised, the Finance process will still need to complete its review before finalisation, and we are following up on the status of that step.
We appreciate you taking the time to share this in detail, as it helps highlight where the breakdown in experience occurred across both support and billing, and ensures it is properly addressed.
Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew
