Worst service I have ever experienced

Worst service I have had in a decade. Even worst than telkom. I have been transferred more than 22 times between the technical division and provisioning and nobody knows or even tries to fix the simple issue I have. If I were they're CEO there would have been 22 open vacancies for the poor service I have received.
