Worst service I got in my life

This is one of the worst exercises I had, WebAfrica took over from Bitco when I tried to call them on their sales line I got a message saying they are very busy if I would like to hold I need to press 2 which I did, I then got the same message I pressed 2 again, guess what got the same message again I pressed 2 again and got the same message I then hanged up and tried the whatsapp line. Told them that I want to know if they took over the services of bitco ? they told me yes, then they told me no they still need to transfer the lines/services. I then realized that if the support is this bad trying to signup what will happen when I really need support. So then I got a call after begin pushed to another agent. 14 minutes and I am speaking to support who also could not help and referred me back to bitco. Webafrica please do not contect me ever!
