worst service from webafrica

the worst service ever experienced, from 8 in the morning to 11:40 I have dealt with 6 consultants via the whatsapp chat. my chat to Warren was I need to do a sim swap on a specific number, only to find that the sim swap was processed on the wrong number and the service was scheduled to be cancelled. I chatted to 5 other consultants to try and fix the issue, below are the consultants that I dealt with, and they cannot help with a simple request.
