Worst service from Webafrica

I paid for my WiFi in 2022 November and December but my service never worked... I then requested a refund and cancelled my services with Webafrica but till today I never received my refund and I’ve been going around in circles sending Proof of payments and waiting for days for the refund to be processed but nothing .... since 2023 January till today Their service is the worst..... I don’t even wanna mention the communication.... They are very quick to debit but when you fave a problem .... you are stuck with their WhatsApp agents who never solve anything
