Worst service from web Africa and vumatel

Such terrible sevice, we have been offline since Wednesday, nothing as been done continues to say the technician is going to come nothing, pathetic service, we work from home , and this is so frustrating they have a don't care attitude and even they disgraceful service vumatel they are just the worst , see if they won't fix their own when they have issues only people that pay for the services gets treated like **** they all are useless and don't know what they doing
