Worst service from Web Africa

I signed up with Web Africa on 25 January 2022. I was told a Router will be delivered shortly. After a few days I got in contact with their WhatsApp chat service. The lady I spoke to (Kyle) told me a request has been sent to their logistics department and I should receive a router within 72 hours. That was over a week ago and in the meantime Web Africa are charging me. What a terrible service ... cannot get a hold of a manager to escalate the matter and what a total disappointment
