Worst service from Junade Porsaitides and Webafrica *****s money

I am absolutely appalled by the service of Webafrica!!! I wanted to cancel, the tried to retain my business, I gave them the chance and they *****ed that up to. Been waiting two months now. Im not any further. Their agent Junade Porsaitides just ignores me the whole time. Ive sent hundreds of emails. But he is to **** scared to pick up the phone and call me. Worst retentions agent ever, just fire the useless man! Ive "chatted" to sooo many agents on their whatsapp line and no one has been assisting me. Ive tried to call them which is not possible they make you hold on for days. They debited my account with R2880 over the Christmas period which now Im struggling to get back from them. Im a single mom and Im really not in the financial position to be out of pocket with that kind of money. Youre *****ing food out my children's mouths.
