WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

DO NOT RECOMMEND USING AT ALL!! This has been the worst service i have ever received in terms of communication, assistance, operations, the fact that their communication is all whatsapp based and it takes 5 - 7 hours just to get to the billing department is absurd. Took my 3 months just to close my account after HOURS of dragged out communication and i had to ask the same thing over and over over weeks and pay more than R2000 extra just to close the damn account. Hours of my life wasted. I would rather go back to pen and paper than use internet through webafrica again.
