Worst service experience ever. Webafrica and Vumatel

I signed up and paid on the 24th of April with Webafrica for a Vumatel installation. They promise that Vumatel was going to call me within 5 days to schedule an installation and 14 days later I have not yet been called yet. This is the worst service ever.

Webafrica does not even have a system that enables them to call or update their clients. Why do we have to keep asking for feedback, why not create a team that does feedback to the clients. Worst experience ever. The audacity that I need to contact them after 48 hours in order they can do another follow to for me. Poor service ever
