Worst service experience

The worst service ever, I cancelled my subscription with WebAfrica in December it’s now May.They are still debiting my account .They collected the router in March it’s May now and they still say they have not recorded the router as received , they debiting me for a service I am not using .This WhatsApp service is trash you never get assisted at all .The worst service I am so disappointed. I am made to pay for a service I cancelled, I am made to pay for a router I returned
