Worst service ever..even shoprite cashiers are better than this

Worst service ever..this tops the cake as the worst service ive ever recieved..i ordered a fibre package nearly 3 weeks ago..i still dont have internet access..ive spoken to over 17 different agents that works for Willie the Bot..and all of them just gives you false hope..no one actually takes customer service serious..all those agents are there to get paid and leave...imagine being debited for a service and 3 weeks later no internet and you complain everyday and not once do they call you back or send out a technician..i even had to beg an agent that i will pay her R1000 just for to her job..
