WORST SERVICE EVER, WEBAFRICA DO BETTER

The worst service ever, I switched from prepaid to debit orders, after paying, my wifi was then switched off after 3 days and I was told that Im still on prepaid services and I have to pay for it to be activated, after escalation, and being told that someone will get back to me within 24 hours, which was a lie, I tried contacting them and they ignored me all day with there stupid WhatsApp bots telling me someone will be with me shortly. I've been without wifi all week and I had work to do. They are horrible with follow ups and getting back to you. I beg that you do not make a stupid mistake of signing up with them and all the issues they bring, any other wifi service makes it easier. I would give them no stars if I could. Ridiculous and then I'm told managers don't work on weekends!?!?!
