worst service ever webafrica

I received my voip phone from webafrica about two weeks ago . i bought the line for my business. Last week fri the voip phone couldnt make any outgoing calls.. Web africa tech support is a nightmare you cant get hold of them on the phone they ask you to use a whatsapp no they take ages to respond on whatsapp my phone is still not working with no hope of it working anytime soon. i have no one to assist me . no i cant make business call so dissapointed
