WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED FROM WEB AFRICA

This is the worst company ever!!!!!!!! Not only is the chat agents rude and not skilled for their job , complaints department just doesn't respond, our router broke we logged a ticket for them to fix they never came out but continued to deduct money every month r399 for two months they then marked as resolved and no one came out to fix the router, we had to cancel the subscription in order for them to stop taking money every month we requested a refund in June already it is now October they are saying there staff all incorrectly logged the refund and take no accountability for the actions dispite the disrespect we have received we are told to just wait till the 25th October to get the money back which I don't even believe based on the horrible service we got , PLEASE AVOID THIS PROVIDER THEY ARE UNTRAINED AND JUST PLAIN RUDE!!!!!!!!!
