Worst service ever received.

I have never been this disappointed in my life. Even Telkom's service is better then this. My internet drops 2 to 3 times a day, not a week, a day. Then you struggle to get ahold of them because it is a WhatsApp support number which is only available until 8pm. How can you only be available till 8pm, other ISPs are 24/7. When you use this "wonderful" WhatsApp support line, you have to go through many menu options with a BOT only to get through to someone who asks you the same questions as the person the day before. Do you not create tickets on your system. I give you my info while "chatting to the BOT", surely you should see on your system I contact you multiple times a week for the same issue. This is so frustrating and the reviews on HelloPeter explains it very well. If I could give a rating below 1 star I would. The rating I would give would be a -5 star.
