WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED!

We had fibre with WebAfrica and then cancelled our line to move over to another service provider as we were unable to ever speak to them over the phone when the fibre went down. Since, cancelling on 1st Dec, they have still not released the line to the new service provider 12 days later! And you cannot reach them! Not even Vumatel or the new service provider are able to contact them to release the line!

It's the worst service I have ever received!
