Worst service ever in 20 years of Internet Usage

<p>I signed up with web africa - their no strings attached adsl service. Bandwidth on 4Mbps offer has never been even half that speed. The routing provided is terrible -- so bad that I cannot ping microsoft.com!</p> <p>Response time on tickets submitted has never been good - takes days, and then the problem does not get resolved.</p> <p>Trying to cancel the service, despite their terms and conditions stipulating that it can and should be done on their so-called client zone, requires you to phone in in office hours - and not all of a sudden, they require 1 months notice. This despite them not being able to deliver any service to me whatsoever.</p> <p>Pathetic - stay away from these clowns! (Hellopeter rating is 2.5 - clearly showing nobody ever has a good expereince with them.</p>
