Worst Service EVER!!!

This company is the worst. I sent them a picture of my bank statement to prove that I made the payment for the wifi but my wifi is still off. Other service providers activate their customers service in 30 minutes after payment has been made and here I am waiting for almost a whole week for them to put my wifi on then the customer service agent still advise me on a Saturday that I need to wait 3 - 5 business days for the money to reflect on their end. This is the worst service I have ever came across. I'm definitely changing my service provider
