WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED FTOM WEBAFRICA

Service is pathetic. What's app staff don't have a clue of what's going on. I logged a query with them on 3/5 but still not sorted out. I made a payment on 2/4 and they are unable to trace my payment. I sent them screenshots of proof of payment and of bank statement. I also send them first 6 digits of my bank card and last 4 digits. It's the same story every time. "I'M GOING TO ESCALATE YOUR QUERY" Nobody gets back with an answer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.
